Arrangements can be made to visit a neighbouring Private Game Farm where you can enter the world of lions, kudu and rhino! The experience is either a Full Day or Half Day game drive.
You can visit Daniell which is a nature conservation project involving cheetahs, or the Addo Raptors & Reptile Centre.
There is also a 9-hole golf course 20 km’s away in Kirkwood.
Further local adventure and adrenalin activities include River Safaris, Horseback riding in the Addo Elephant National Park, Elephant Back rides, and guided hikes in the National Park.
You can also try your hand on a Beach Safari including sand boarding, beach walks and quad biking.
Something that requires more adrenalin would be the Double Zip line, Giant Swing, and a Low Ropes treetop course.

Ethnic Thatch-Roof Mud Huts:
Ethnic thatch-roof mud huts with shared hot shower / toilets and “Lapa” style kitchen are situated along the river.
There is an abundance of fish and bird life, many scenic walks through the citrus orchards, and canoeing on the river.

Each chalet has a private kitchenette, private toilet, shower and own barbeque facility.
The Tree Tops unit is a unique comfort in this little piece of bush land.

Private Bush Camp:
A private bush camp is accessed by a path leading down from the lush garden to overlook the river where 2 wooden cottages nestle in a shared clearing.
Each unit has a hot shower / toilet and share an equipped “Lapa” style kitchen.
The camp leads out onto a deck that looks out over the river and mountains – a great place for a BBQ and sundowners.
A private honeymoon chalet also finds itself in this sheltered clearing.
